Home cooked Stew-liked pork chop

Eh I tried cooking a dish of pork chop today but it didn't turn out too good... it becomes pork chop stew instead...zzz...
I had no oven, so it is a bit hard to make pork chop with mushroom sauce... and the pork chop from the market is a bit too thick... here's the pics:

Before I put into the pot I was frying the ingredients...















As for the final product of pork chop stew... hmm the taste is so so only...
