Actually it is somewhat disturbing to see such over-whelming response, especially when the Chinese papers reported that some folks are already offering their 'Pinnacle@Duxton' flats for rents straight after they obtained their keys to the flats. The asking price is $1,000 for a room, and $3,000 for the whole flat.
